General Guides
All commissions are by default personal use. Commercial use fee is 2X the base commission price. You are allowed to print physical goods for personal comms as long as it's for your usage only. Please avoid posting any commissions publically without a watermark!*TAT(Turnaround Time) is based off of current active slots. Slots that haven't been started yet don't may have an additional wait time depending on how many slots are ahead. Please note that waiting times can add an additional 1-3 weeks! For any delays, I'll do my best to inform those with slots!Refunds can be provided for slots that haven't been started, but once a slot has been started only a partial refund can be given based off of current progress!

Commission TOS
-Payment is sent upfront before any work is started.-Full refunds can be given for slots with no progress. Any started progress will only give a partial refund or none depending on how far the commission is.-Refunds are not allowed for finished commissions. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist!-By default all commissions are for personal usage! Commercial commissions are typically x2. Vtuber artwork that is featured on a channel is considered commercial!=Please do not edit my art without my permission. You may crop for decorative uses such as avatars/pagedolls, but please provide credit!-Late stage edits may inccur an additonal fee of 5-15$ depending on the level. Errors made on my end are free! (Please note that messy or vague details do not count as errors on my end unless they were specified from the start!)-You may print merchandise for personal usage or gifts for friends. Selling any kind of merchandise requires a commercial usage fee!-I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. I also have the right to cancel a commission at any time(appropriate refunds will be provided if this happens)-Any design without a full body colored reference will be considered a custom or semi custom and incur an additional fee.
Adopt/Custom TOS
-Designs made by me can be traded/gifted/resold for any value regardless of how originally obtained. However, please make sure to list how the design was originally obtained for transparency.-You may make any amount of au or alternate forms for the design, but please keep them as one character unless the redesign is clearly distinct from the original design.-Co-owns are done at your own risk! Only one user can officially be listed as the owner and any disputes must be handled by the affected parties.-One off designs can be freely edited and redesigned with no restrictions.(Please do not directly edit my art without permission!)-Unless explicitly stated, designs do not come with commercial usage. Commercial usage can be purchased for an additional fee(based off the original sale value of the design most of the time)
